Tips for cooking pasta:
You can find loads of different types of Gluten Free Pasta in the supermarkets 'free from' section.

Tip 1: Add it directly to a pan of boiling water, don't pour boiling water over it. Immediately separate it in the water or it will glue itself together.
​
Tip 2: Stir a few times! Forget what you know about cooking regular pasta, stirring regular pasta releases too much starch and can make it sticky. But we have found that with Gluten Free Pasta stirring can help the texture.

Tip 3: Don't let it sit in the water too long once it's cooked, it will loose structural integrity. Try to serve immediately
Noodles!
There are lots of Rice Noodles available on the market which are Gluten Free. These will sometimes be in the regular noodle section so have a browse.
